4. SCL Congress

On the 13th and 14th of September 2017, the SMART CITY LOGISTICS congress will take place for the fourth time at the Ettersburg Castle near Weimar. The event provides a platform for exchange with electric mobility pioneers, service providers and manufacturers.

A highlight will be the start of the planned ICT research project SMART DISTRIBUTION LOGISTICS (SDL), which will follow the results of the predecessor project SMART CITY LOGISTICS (SCL). The focus here is on the economic use of electric vehicles in distribution, but the follow-up project considers the challenges for the organization of the entire distribution chain in a broader perspective. The congress guests will get first insights into the ambitious project.
